My Transformation Journey: From 71 kg to 50 kg

It all began 10 months after delivering my baby via C-section. While I was adjusting to motherhood and navigating the many changes that come with it, I received news that shook me—I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic. That moment became a turning point in my life. I knew I had to take charge of my health—not just for myself, but for my family and especially my child.

At 71 kg, I was uncomfortable in my own body. Clothes didn't fit right, energy was low, and more importantly, I didn't feel like me. That diagnosis pushed me to look deeper into my lifestyle. I started learning about food therapy, nutrition, and how powerful diet management can be. I realized that food isn't just about calories—it's information for the body, and when used right, it can heal.
