Ragi Roti

Ingredients
- 1 cup Ragi Flour (Finger Millet)
- 1/4 cup Finely chopped onions
- 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
- 1 Green chili (chopped)
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Warm water for kneading
- Salt to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, mix ragi flour, onions, chilies, coriander, cumin, and salt.

Add warm water little by little and knead into a soft dough.

Divide dough into small balls.

Pat a dough ball directly onto a greased foil or banana leaf to form a thin circle (or directly on tawa if experienced).

Transfer to a hot tawa. Cook on both sides until dark brown spots appear.

Serve warm with peanut chutney or vegetable curry.
